SVRT Northern Area Utilities & Pipeline Relocation

As part of the larger Project Design Team, DEENSCORP provided civil engineering services and prepared 65% PS&E documents for use by the contractor for Design-Build construction as part of VTA’s SVRT Line Segments Project.

DEENSCORP reviewed proposed BART alignments and UPRR as-builts plans and identified all utility conflicts with BART facilities within the proposed BART ROW from Fremont to San Jose.

We also designed utility relocations owned by local municipalities (Fremont, Milpitas, and San Jose), and developed four (4) separate utility 65% PS&E packages (water, sanitary, storm) as part of Design-Build contract documents deliverables.

Deenscorp also provided utility relocation design recommendations for 3rd Party Utility Owners for their impacted facilities within the proposed Bart ROW.
